@Avis do not rent from this company. Avis gave me a car that was different than I reserved. I drove it off the lot and turned around and took it back. They did not have the car that I reserved and charged me $170 for one day. How is that for customer service

Do not ever rent from Avis. When I rented they reserved a Cadillac. When we drove off we recognized that it was the wrong size car promised. Took it back they would not change of reimburse me. Charged me $179. @Avis I have rented Avis all my life as Preferred.
