@SandoKatsuZilla @WendellPierce Imagine if the EEOA, or DEI had never been put in place? Women, POC would not have the jobs they have today based solely on the fact they aren't white or a man. We have the equalities today because people were forced to change, wouldn't have happened on a wide scale without it.
