Dancing with Parkinsons, and the exploratory work of @DanielleTeale and #jakaskiapin. I had never danced before, and found it both useful exercise and a wonderful form of creative personal development - it made me a better person.

@MattEagles @GreenJournal Yes, it only proves the bleedin' obvious, but in scientific language in a top journal. We can now quote evidence that we feel bad 'cos it's true, not because we're weak, can't take it, or are making it up. We knew already that Parkinson's was a disorder of Being, we live with it!

@MyParkinsonsLif I've lost virtually all my touch-typing skill over the last two years, with problems in both hands. I was fluent on a keyboard, creating all kinds of documents, typing almost as fast as I could think. I investigated hand-writing input, which was ok till I lost control of this too
