I am very happy to meet my RNA friends at my favourite #RNA24 conference. It’s even more special this year because it’s happening in the beautiful (and rainy) city of Edinburgh, where I am lucky to live. No jet lag means I can fully enjoy all the amazing talks! #RNA#Riboswitches

Biotechnology is now being used to capture CO2 emissions for clothing manufacture. This is a *huge* step forward addressing the frightfully high emissions of the fashion sector, and this is likely only just the start of what research in this area can offer. Microbes are amazing!
It's been a super couple of days @IBioIC_conf in Glasgow. Lots of inspiring chats, and as ever it's great to see the growth in the Scottish #IB sector.
