A long and demanding stage where all 600 participants pushed their limits.

This morning, runners took on the start line for Stage 1, heading into the Moroccan desert for the first challenge of the race.

The only “Marathon des Sables” without sand, through the challenging trails of Love Valley and the wonders of Cappadocia.
