@TehEpic0ne But that also may be totally off the mark and not relatable at all. A very simple and possible thing you could do is put all the Things written on a stick, and then pick a random stick for when you want to do *something* but dunno what?
@TehEpic0ne Honestly, for myself, dealing with the root of those feelings is the only thing that helped. The root was exactly that - feeling like I never have enough time to myself or the things I enjoy. And with the few hours I had, is this the thing I will enjoy the most?!/
@TehEpic0ne When I realized that about myself, it helped to remind myself that a nap is allowed. Sitting and petting the dog or staring out the window, is allowed.
@TehEpic0ne I was obsessed over how long something would take, or felt like I had to be -doing- a -thing- and it has to be great and fulfilling otherwise....!
@evergreenqveen Tons of rest. Fill your sinks with hot hot water and cold cold water. Soak in both back and forth. And don't use it! I developed tendonitis in my wrists and it took a year of not using (playing piano specifically) to be able to manage it.
@Lanajay_art I got mine a couple weeks ago and it was worth the wait 🥺🥺 thank you for your hard work!!! I hope you get a good break after you are done!!
@evergreenqveen Excuse me ma'am you've drawn pictures of the perfect house and want us to choose one-- WAIT WHAT IF YOU DID A DOLLHOUSE so we can have all the rooms!!! And show the outside in one and the inside with all the lil rooms and witches on the other 🥺 AHH
