@adamcarolla By contrast—I just got home from Anna Maria Island FL which was heavily damaged by 2 hurricanes last year. We could barely tell that anything had happened. Beachfront restaurants that were destroyed have been up and running for months. Some residential repair ongoing.

@davidcoverdale You are lucky if it is just a speaker. Just got back from the beach and our “neighbors” had a gigantic speaker with sub woofer. The music was so loud that their own 5 children couldn’t make sand castles in front of their set up and had to do it in front or ours.

@ryanstewman @hosun_chung BOA kicked us and our adult children out without explanation in 2023. We’d been customers since 1983. Citibank cancelled our credit cards without warning while my husband was travelling. Thankfully he had another card.

They have had several teams forfeit their matches with them in the interest of safety. Now it has come out that the team is afraid to practice together.

@MattWalshBlog My husband and siblings (all 60+) struggle to keep weight on. If I eat an extremely low calorie diet (<1000) I will slowly lose weight. Genetics and hormones do play a role.

@BrianWCollins This is heartbreaking. Why do children even know that suicide is an option? I was teased constantly at that age due to my weight. My parents were not supportive — they didn’t understand why at 10 I couldn’t just go on a diet. It never occurred to me to kill myself. 😬

@DawnGilbertson @SouthwestAir On my flight last weekend 10 people in wheelchairs got on while only 2 needed them to deplane—nothing new. They only brought 3 chairs to the gate so SWA knows the game. My issue is the increase in younger visibly able bodied passengers preboarding. My Sunday flight is on Delta.

@AmericanAir Sat at gate on flight 2529 ORD-MCO on 1/30/22 for 2 hours with NO A/C because “the door was open and the people up front were cold”. My guess is the fancy air filtration system does not work when the air is not on. Four days later I have Covid (Vaxxed/boosted) hmmm..
