@kilikilishot I would rather have gins face smb if they have a twice
to beat edge. Thats the best chance to eliminate smb rather than facing them in a long series. And also SMB until now never one a playoff series against JB.
@kilikilishot thats true, thats why its crucial for Troy to hit his perimeter shots in order for moala and brondial not to overhelp, when he was in TNT before he’s an above average perimeter shooter but now can’t even make his free throws.
@kilikilishot I think Japeth handled JMF well during their last semis match, but well they have JB as a secondary defender. key for Gins is to have RJ do a lot of ball screen that will force JMF to play pick and roll defense which is his kryptonite.
@McBlur2 Gins vs Tnt in the quarters will be interesting. Im pretty much sure Holt and Malonzo is quite relieved that they don’t have to deal with RHJ for now 😂 They can focus locking down Pogoy and Oftana.
@do_meno17 @evoboost11 @DwigtSchruute I still think brownlee is better offensively, 3 level scorer but RHJ is elite in the defensive end. Brownlee defeated a Relando Balkman in the finals, that is somehow a bigger version of RHJ, plays similar and NBA caliber as well. I think sa age na talaga nagkatalo.
@MarcKevinBC@DwigtSchruute well ganyan talaga ang basketball, even sa NBA father time will catch up on the superstars and there will always be new players that will dominate.
@do_meno17 @DwigtSchruute I beg to disagree, how many times did JB stopped an SMB grandslam bid and those governors cup playoffs he is the one defending JMF on single coverages. he’s an overall player but lamang lang talaga si RHJ sa motor. he won 6 championships you never question his impact on the game
@DwigtSchruute we were just talking about the import, we can’t really compare a prime RHJ and an ageing JBL. ibang iba si JBL when he won those 2018 finals against SMB and 2019 against meralco, he was merely unstoppable even with any schemes. tumanda lang talaga
