I do agree that 18% is too high, my excuse is laziness, eating unhealthy food, and not exercising enough. I'm honest, some fat people in America aren't.

I've been with a pregnant woman and know exactly the fat from pregnancy, which studies shows goes away after two months. You're making excuses. The fat in the arms, legs, face all shows overfat. I think 18% bodyfat is too high.
