We have an elevated custom action in the Keyman (https://t.co/ORMZsoV14m) uninstall to cleanup installed input methods impacted by this and cannot find a good alternative.

As far as I can tell, the app install seems to be treated as broken when a new user logs in for the first time and they click on the advertised shortcut. I don't think anything actually happens with the repair, just msi state.
