@SSJIndy @FOX59 Yeah, I haven't seen that mentioned yet. Both articles I read had witnesses saying they weren't placed until after the incident. I know that Citizens will lie to cover their butts, so hopefully nearby cameras or dashcams caught it 🤷🏼‍♀️
