@flightcompen @AerLingus That is not helpful at all. There are necessary items in her luggage. Had we been told yesterday when we called that the suitcase could come " whenever" we could have gone to retrieve it yesterday.

@AerLingus shame on you the way you treat customers. My SIL arrived at EWR Sat at 4 pm. No suitcase. Was sent on Sunday flight arrived at 16.05. Now 9.41 Monday & still no case & people in Asia is who u get 2 speak 2 who have no idea of when it will b here!

@h10hotels a large group of us just stayed in Santa Ponça for 8 nights. Mid way, the housekeeper mistook my bag of laundry for garbage & thru it out. Mgmt did nothing! #NeverAgain

@bankofireland I have a bank draft, purchased in Ireland,in SC now & #Wellsfargo say they can't deposit as it says " not negotiable ". Can't get thru 2 bank in Ireland!! Help pls!!
