Hey @WestJet first I get a random email that my vacation flight was changed to a totally different day- the website tells me to call customer service- I've spent a total of 16 hours on hold in the last 2 days!!! #CustomerServiceFail

@nksingh555 @WestJet I was on hold for over 10 hrs yesterday (hung up on or disconnected two times) According to the email this is urgent and could affect my reservations at the resort, accept not so urgent that they will answer the phones. Tried 4hrs today
