@TalktoBPI I cannot keep going down to you Subic Town Branch just to check if my ATM card is ready. That's why I'm calling first so that I won't be wasting gas with how expensive gas is nowadays. This thing where no one answers or the branch cannot be reached is unacceptable.

@TalktoBPI 2 weeks ago I applied for an ATM card because mine expired. 1 week ago I called your Subic Town branch & they said it's not yet available. I'm trying to call them again today and they can't be reached. It's like they don't want to be contacted or something.
