What a beautiful way to start our Sunday! ❤️🙏
This morning, Malissa and I had the blessing of attending @nsckennesaw Church together. There’s something so special about starting the week in God’s house, worshiping together, strengthening our faith, and being reminded of what truly matters in life.
One of the greatest blessings in my life is having a wife who shares my love for God. Life isn’t always perfect, but when you put God at the center of your marriage, you have a foundation that helps you through whatever life brings.
As we begin another week, our prayer is that God fills your hearts with peace, your homes with love, and your lives with blessings. Remember, no matter what you may be facing, you’re never walking alone. God is always with you!
From our hearts to yours, Malissa and I wish you a beautiful, blessed Sunday! ❤️
God is good, all the time! 🙏❤️
😂 HUSBANDS, PLEASE TELL ME I’M NOT ALONE! 🤣❤️
After an intense workout at the gym, I thought Malissa and I were heading home to relax. WRONG! 😂
Malissa casually says, “Honey, I just need to stop by the mall for a few things.”
Now, taking Malissa to the mall is like taking a kid to Dave & Buster’s! Her eyes light up, the excitement kicks in, and there’s absolutely NO telling when we’re leaving! 🤣
Next thing I know, I’m following her into Sephora. Ladies, I had NO IDEA makeup shopping was an Olympic sport! That place was PACKED!
After what felt like three hours of shopping, we finally got in a checkout line that seemed to stretch into another ZIP code!
We were ONE PERSON away from freedom when I noticed Malissa looking around the store.
Then came the words every husband dreads…
“Oh no, honey! I forgot something!” 😩
OUT OF THE LINE WE GO! 😂
And here’s the best part. After searching for that one last item, she tells me THEY’RE OUT OF IT! 🤦♂️🤣
I just looked at her and laughed. What else could I do? I survived 14 years of professional wrestling, but apparently I’m no match for a trip to Sephora! 😂
All joking aside, I absolutely LOVE spending time with my beautiful wife. We laugh together, enjoy the little things, and somehow turn even a shopping trip into a fun memory. ❤️
Now, fellas, PLEASE tell me I’m not the only husband going through this! 🤣
And ladies, be honest. Does “I just need a few things” EVER mean just a few things? 😂❤️
Getting older doesn’t mean your best days are behind you. Sometimes the greatest blessings, happiness, and purpose come in chapters we never expected.
I’ve learned that ever too late to reinvent yourself, find joy, and fall in love with life all over again! ❤️Remember, you’re not finished. Your story is still being written!
Who’s ready for their next chapter? ❤️
Saddened to hear of the passing of legendary Chicago Bears coach Mike Ditka at the age of 86. 💔🙏
Known to millions as “Iron Mike,” Ditka was more than a football coach. He was a larger-than-life personality, a fierce competitor, and a true icon of the game.
From making history as the first tight end inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame to leading the unforgettable 1985 Chicago Bears to a Super Bowl championship, his impact on professional football will never be forgotten.
As a former professional athlete, I’ve always had tremendous respect for those who dedicate their lives to their sport and leave a legacy that inspires generations.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, former players, and the entire Chicago Bears organization.
Rest in peace, Coach Ditka. Legends may leave us, but their legacy lives on forever. 🏈🙏❤️
Malissa and I had a wonderful meeting today with Awtrey Middle School Principal Jeff Crawford! We had a great conversation about exciting opportunities to bring our Champion of Choices presentation to both middle and high school students.
I truly believe that when we come together with a shared purpose, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
Stay tuned, Cobb County Georgia! Great things are coming your way! ❤️🙌
Remember, you don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great! 💯
In 1992, Marvel Comics published a 12-issue comic book series based on World Championship Wrestling. I was incredibly proud to see Johnny B. Badd featured prominently on the cover of one of those issues alongside Sting.
As a kid, I never could have imagined that one day I’d go from reading comic books to actually seeing myself on the cover of a Marvel Comics publication. Pretty cool chapter in my wrestling journey!
Who remembers these WCW Marvel comics? And the big question… who still has one? 👊💥📖
If you do, drop a picture in the comments. I’d love to see it!
Please keep the legendary Jim Ross in your prayers as he prepares for another brain surgery this Wednesday. Praying for a successful procedure, a smooth recovery, and strength and peace for @JRsBBQ and his family. 🙏❤️
I’m truly honored and humbled to be named the 2026 International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame Medal of Mettle recipient. To be recognized by the wrestling community that gave me so much means more than I can put into words.
Thank you to the IPWHF for this incredible honor. I’m grateful for the journey, the memories, and everyone who has been part of it. 🙏❤️

Malissa and I are getting ready for another BIG Buffalo Bills game! 🏈❤️
Tomorrow the Bills take on the New England Patriots in an AFC East showdown at Highmark Stadium! The Bills are 3-0, and we’re hoping to make it 4-0! (Buffalo Bills)
I may live in Georgia now, but I was BORN IN BUFFALO, and Buffalo will always be a part of me! You can take the kid out of Buffalo, but you can NEVER take Buffalo out of the kid!
To all my fellow BILLS MAFIA… LET’S GO BUFFALO! ❤️💙🦬
My prediction: BILLS 31 – PATRIOTS 17!
What’s YOUR score prediction? Drop it in the comments! 👇

Who remembers when life was a little slower and a lot simpler? ❤️
This picture takes me way back. That’s my brother Joel on the left, my dad in the middle, and me on the right. Just two young brothers with our dad, never imagining where life would eventually take us.
Taking a trip down memory lane today and feeling so thankful for the journey that brought me here. Life moves quickly, and every season brings its share of joys, challenges, victories, and lessons.
No matter where you are in your story, remember that every chapter has a purpose. Cherish the memories, appreciate the people you love, and never take the simple moments for granted. Someday, you may realize they were some of the best moments of all.
Sending love and positivity to all my friends today! ❤️🙏

One presentation. One message. One choice can change a life.
Eddie Guerrero was truly one of the greatest professional wrestlers to ever step inside a ring.
On November 13, 1995, I had the honor of defending my WCW World Television Championship against Eddie on Monday Nitro. What makes that match even more special to me is that Eddie and I had never wrestled each other before. We had never practiced together, never worked through anything in a ring, and had never even locked up. We simply went over what we thought would make a great match for television, then went out there and trusted each other.
Wrestling Eddie was absolutely seamless. He was so incredibly gifted that everything felt natural, and he had that rare ability to make everyone he stepped into the ring with look better. To this day, fans still tell me how much they remember and appreciate that match.
We’ve sadly lost so many incredible wrestlers over the years, but Eddie’s passing hit me especially hard. He was an extraordinary talent and an even better person.
Miss you, Eddie. Thank you for the memories and for the privilege of sharing the ring with you. RIP, my friend. 🙏❤️

COMMUNITY CHAMPION FEATURE 🏆 🌟
Marc Mero reached the peak of professional wrestling as it evolved into a cultural phenomenon in the 1990s — enjoying fame, fortune and championship glory along the way.
Yet there is no greater joy for the global superstar than witnessing the smiles on young faces in school auditoriums, or when he opens a letter from a student or parent expressing gratitude for his guidance through turbulent times.
Mero is now in his 20th year as a motivational speaker, sharing the unfiltered ups and downs of his journey and inspiring hope among students around the world through his “Choices” tour.
The Buffalo native and Liverpool High School graduate is set to return to his Central New York roots, where he gained local notoriety in football, hockey and boxing long before lighting up TV screens for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and the World Wrestling Federation (WWF).
Mero will bring his powerful presentation to Fulton and General Brown schools when he visits the area from Oct. 12-16 and is open to adding more districts to the CNY circuit.
“There is no greater joy than helping another person, if I can help someone sharing my story of what I went through or some issues in my life that can benefit other people,” Mero said. “And because I’ve been doing this so long, we get letters from students that saw me years ago, and from their parents, that are now playing professional football or doing all kinds of great things.”

Who remembers the Badd Bucks?! 💵💋
Back in my Johnny B. Badd days in WCW, I would fire these out of my confetti gun, which I called the Badd Blaster, before my matches!
For television tapings and some live events, I’d mix in real money, including $5, $10 and even $20 bills. You can imagine how excited the fans were trying to grab one!
After people saw it on television, I’d travel to arenas around the world and fire out the famous Badd Bucks instead of real money. At the time, some fans may have been a little disappointed when they realized they didn’t catch real cash. 😂
But here’s the funny part: all these years later, those Badd Bucks became wrestling collectibles and a great piece of WCW history!
So the question is… does anyone still have an original Badd Buck they caught at one of my shows? 💋💵
