Dev update for all our friends, lots of exciting things happening.
Campaign creation is almost final and with this being the main engine of Agenture, it's a major milestone we're about to hit. In the next week or two we'll have it ready to show.
After diving into numerous infrastructures for asset management, we're happy to have landed on AWS. It'll give the best reliability and efficiency for our users. I'm also really excited about the integrated chat feature in deliverables and approvals, here you'll have an internal and external chat, to keep your team and external parties separate during feedback rounds - it'll be key in ensuring smooth campaigns with a lot of parties (and opinions) involved.
With this start to our dev updates, I invite anyone to get in touch about potential feedback they may have - both good and bad.
This is a pretty optimistic view of how a single conversation regarding an approval might go. Add an influencer, an editor and perhaps a second agency into the mix and you'll spend the next few hours on approvals for just a simple content piece. If you're just as fed up with this workflow as I am, I think Agenture might be something for you :)

Managing campaigns and commercial activities for brands and agencies has throughout my 10+ years in the industry revealed some core issues, turning what should be simple executions into very manpower heavy operations. Iโve seen everything from spreadsheets manually handling finance, deliverables and analytics to platforms that only manage briefings and track performance. At Forevr, we use a mix of project management tools, Excel for finances, email and various messaging platforms for task assignments and approvals, but everything comes together manually in our reports and communication with the brand we're working with.
Iโm curious to learn about the approaches my colleagues in the industry are using because so far, we haven't found a solution that meets our needs. Running an agency and understanding the cost associated is tough and will for a long time to come not be scaleable, but what we can do is improve the way things are done, which obviously leads us to where we are today, mid-development of Agenture.
In essence, Agenture is designed to Create, Manage, Collaborate, Track, and Report seamlessly. It caters specifically to the media industryโs dynamics, managing multiple external parties (brand, agency, talent, creatives) per campaign while safeguarding sensitive information. The brands we collaborate with receive a streamlined overview of the campaign, asset approvals, and timelines, collaborating directly with assigned partners to finish briefs and content. Plus, you can maintain confidentiality over your contractors and external agencies, positioning yourself as the sole point of contact for final deliverable approvals whilst still working with them within your campaign. Agenture also excels in monitoring various KPIs and tracking performance and ROI for each campaign component and it feeds all financial information such as budget, cost, % cuts for talent and expenses into a client by client or overall statement sheet for your company - this in turn feeds individual information out to your external parties on how much to invoice and when payments will land.

Developing Agenture, a vertical SaaS for the media and entertainment industry is possibly the most grounding experience Iโve had thus far. So much to learn, every day is a new lesson. Very excited to finally be building our own product and being able to share the updates.

It's hard to put into words how grateful I am for the last 7 years I've spent with Astralis. They will always hold a special place in my heart as a team where we were able to reach new heights and create something never seen before.
What we achieved and experienced as a team is something I'll never forget. It feels like saying goodbye to a family that has always been there for me, so a big thank you to the fans, the crew working tirelessly behind the scenes, and the teammates I've gone through thick and thin with in Astralis!
