If the Supreme Court is going to rule that children of illegal aliens — born in the US — obtain birthright citizenship,
then I can only conclude that America must ramp up deportation efforts & remove as many illegal aliens as possible immediately.
President Trump proved the border crisis was a policy choice, and that the “root cause,” of the border crisis was the Democrat Party.
Now it’s time to end the abuse of birthright citizenship.
The 14th Amendment was written to guarantee citizenship for families like mine. My great-great-grandfather was born into slavery. It was never intended to reward illegal immigration.
Citizenship is one of the greatest privileges in the world.
It should be earned, respected, and protected, NOT exploited through loopholes.
The rule of law MATTERS.
Our borders MATTER.
American citizenship MATTERS.
The point is not when the ballot arrives but when it's posted (officially recognized to be sent before the last election hour admitted) . There point is the ballot to be sent by mail has to be given only to the individuals expressly requesting once it's verified they are being part of the categories listed in the SAVE act.
The Supreme Court will rule on birthright citizenship tomorrow morning…
It’s not an exaggeration to say this could be the most important decision in our lifetimes.
Under the current interpretation of the 14th Amendment, a foreign citizen of another nation can cross our border illegally at 9 months pregnant, give birth to an American citizen, and then return home. Their child is now eligible for US benefits and can vote in our elections.
The Chinese can also pay to have surrogate children on US territorial islands in the Pacific, then immediately ship the babies to China to be raised under the CCP. Those children are now eligible for US benefits and can vote in our elections.
Both of these scenarios are happening. It’s simply wrong and not at all what the Amendment was intended for, which was former slaves and their children during Reconstruction.
If it stands, US citizenship means nothing.
