@yoox @yoox never made contact despite offering and asking for contact details. 3rd issue in a few months. Customer service picks up phone sporadically and emails ignored. They seem to have serious issues with customer service. I would refrain from buying from yoox if you are uk based

@yoox @Anwar_Alzawad What is happening with @yoox? Obviously customer service is bot working any longer. Both emails are and calls are unanswered. A request to customer service to be contacted after taking a survey was ignored. A return is retained at customs and nobody is taking care of it
