Stamattina ho passato al vaglio i vostri commenti sull'intervista di vannacci a ottoemezzo.

Il generale riesce a pronunciare concetti inquietanti con una calma glaciale e una superficiatà disarmante.
È proprio questa apparente normalità a renderli ancora più pericolosi.

Non gli interessa governare il Paese oggi. Gli interessa accumulare consenso, stringere accordi, consolidare il patto con Meloni e salire definitivamente sulla giostra del potere. Passo dopo passo, senza fretta.

Mediaticamente è già più efficace di un Salvini ormai logoro e prevedibile. Ha un linguaggio semplice, diretto, studiato per spostare sempre più a destra il confine di ciò che può essere detto pubblicamente.

Oggi parole che scandalizzano, domani parole che diventano accettabili, dopodomani parole che diventano programma politico.

La sua vera forza non è ciò che propone nell'immediato, ma la capacità di normalizzare idee che fino a pochi anni fa sarebbero rimaste confinate ai margini.
Dalla retorica identitaria fino alla remigrazione, Vannacci rappresenta il terminale italiano di una corrente che attraversa l'Europa e che avanza sfruttando paure, rabbia sociale e sfiducia nelle istituzioni.

Con lui dovremo fare i conti tutti. Ma soprattutto dovranno farli i leader della destra italiana. Perché ogni volta che Vannacci cresce, qualcuno si restringe. E i primi a rischiare di essere divorati dalla creatura che hanno contribuito a legittimare sono proprio Salvini, Meloni e Marina Berlusconi.

La storia insegna che chi pensa di cavalcare certe pulsioni per convenienza elettorale finisce spesso per esserne travolto.
Vannacci non è un incidente di percorso: è il sintomo di uno spostamento più profondo, più radicale e più inquietante del dibattito pubblico italiano.
