@chriscfore See a bunch of comments that 25 is enough. Is it? In some cases, maybe. But, is that 25 upperclassmen heavy? How many Frosh-Soph? Lineman? Depth at certain positions. Experience? Sure you can roll em out there, but if they are overmatched, you aren't helping the kids or program

@chriscfore Easy in the backpack comment lol. As a DC and HC, I always had one of those lightweight bags on my back. Scripts, scout cards, extra wrist coach cards, iPad, tape, screwdriver, helmet pump. Always prepared.
