@seempaq "10% off your order today" on #1, remove "birthday gift" from #4, and "As a Golden Dough Member, " on the second last paragraph
Maybe add something qualitative to the perks, like they get to vote on (or suggest) new cookie flavours? Or test the new flavours first?
Sounds cool!
Quick product update: you can now filter review exports in your Junip admin (by date, product, rating, keyword, etc.)
A workflow I'm loving: filter for a specific product or date range, then search reviews for a keyword of interest and export the results to use anywhere ✔️
I think the potential for value after someone leaves a review is often missed.
Someone just purchased your product & decided to shout about it - they're putting their hand up to engage w/ your brand. Take that excitement & turn it into something more tangible
Attn marketing agencies: I created templates of popular review flows & I'd like to share them w/ our partners. I can add you to my acct so you can clone them into your or your clients’ accts. Post-purchase review request + others. If you're not a Junip partner yet, happy to chat!
Junip is now an official partner of TikTok Shop!
So you can start displaying reviews on your product listings there.
Excited to roll this out for our US based merchants, it's a huge win for those I've chatted with :)
I'll be in Chicago next week for Shoptalk Fall. Would love to catch up with friends IRL, so let me know if you'll be around!
Junip is also co-hosting an event with some awesome people, stop by to chat and have a drink/bite. RSVP here: https://t.co/JuUecR0Sof
Here's a REAL UGC (user-generated content) collection hack to get photos and videos submitted from your customers actually using your products.
Ask them to leave a photo or video when they review your product in a @Klaviyo flow.
We've been doing this for clients for some time with incentives like "enter to win" and "chance to be featured on IG," etc.
But, now there's an even better way to do this.
Today, @juniphq added a property to their "Review Submitted" Klaviyo event that indicates whether a review was left with media.
Why is this so important?
It allows you to identify the users that ACTUALLY left a photo or video on their review. You can add a conditional split (or flow filter) to a flow serving unique content to users only when they submit a review with media.
Rather than just asking for users to leave reviews with photo or video content, you can now:
- Send a follow-up message confirming entry into a giveaway
- Deliver a discount incentive you may have offered specifically for that action
- Just send a simple thank you
- Create a segment to message users that have specifically left reviews
The amount of times I leave coffee to brew, turn on the stopwatch & start sending emails...
Next time I look up, it's like 6 mins in and the coffee is still brewing lol (so much for 2:30mins)
Guess I gotta set a timer with an alarm next time 😅
This might be the most overlooked little feature, but I wish everyone (esp gmail) would do this...
