Dave has been at Ascot House for 2 weeks and progressed from a wheeled zimmer frame with assistance to being independently mobile. He is all ready for a discharge home tomorrow 🏠

Seeing patients progress and regain independence makes for huge smiles under physio masks 😁😷

I'm in full support of lifting lockdown but the adherence to wearing masks in my gym is abysmal.

Very few wearing masks on entering, leaving, in between sets and even in changing rooms! ���

Apart from signs, @TheGymGroup doing little to enforce it.
