@ThreeUKSupport awful service from three again. My wife bought a new contract with you 1 month ago. She asked support if she could transfer her old number from an existing three account to the new one. Your support said she would need to wait for her old account contact to end.
So the 4th time we spoke to support chat, they finally rectified the issue but now say we have to wait another 30 days for the number to transfer. Why is it going to take 2 months to transfer a number from Three to Three? I went from EE to Three and it took 24 hours.
When the sim finally came, we contacted support again and asked for the number to be transferred. They said they would cancel the reactivated account but we would be charged Β£341.95! The support agent ended the chat before fully investigating.
@ThreeUKSupport The old number is no longer active and she cannot use it. She is waiting on very important phone calls from the hospital, and this is adding to the stress. Why does it take 30 days to reactivate the number and transfer it?
@ThreeUK Your support is an absolute joke. They told my wife she cannot transfer her old number to a new sim until its cancelled. Now its cancelled, they said she cannot transfer as the sim is not active, and it will take 30 days to activate the old sim!
@ask_burton I'm still missing items from my order I placed on the 6th of March 2020. I have emailed support 3 times and had no replay. How do I get this issue resolved please?
