But again, any NATO state can break away whenever it wants.

If Ukraine secures all its territory I 100% want them to have some kind of official security agreement with the west.

I don't care what threats they make, and any NATO state can break away themselves if they feel threatened. You can move as well. Nations can make whatever decisions they want and NATO acts on consensus

Russia never got any legally binding agreements or a revision of article 10, just verbal qoutes from individuals who were eventually elected out of office
