@allonraiz The "decent profit" being the actual 'reward' at the end of the transaction/cycle. I so wish that more service providers do understand, digest, and practice this! Of late, the focus has been the 'reward' only and not what gets you there!

Today I bought a 'salted caramel milkshake' for my son @ThePavSA.

What was advertised compared to what we received was totally different! The staff were totally surprised when we asked where's the 'sprinkles' topping as per advertised image!
