I don't see what relevance of 'which department' - I'm calling HMRC self-assesment...and expect a level of service. Not a wait time of over an hour. Some people saying 2hours...it's unacceptable!!

@And_I88 @ElmbridgeBC I visited the Civic Centre this morning only to be told there were 3 boxes delivered and by 9.15 they were all gone. How were 3 boxes going to be sufficient stock for the 1000's of surrounding residents this strike is effecting?
