@IrishRail I asked for a cup of hot water (I have my own cup) and was told I would be charged for a cup of tea even though I was only having hot water? How is it reasonable to charge nearly 4 e for a cup of hot water?

As it stands, we are delivering roughly 600 lunches a day, 6 days a week. We are a non profit company.
