@Marecock In summary, I'm very sorry for what I've been doing these last few years and I'd like to reconcile. I will be using my current following to retweet art from the artists themselves and hopefully earn a greater following from my own art, that is whenever I get around to it.
This also applies to @Marecock which has recently reached 2000 followers. I appreciate the following I've built but I'm not proud of the artists I had to step on to get there so I will no longer be tweeting from that account and it will lay dormant for the time being.
Along with the guilt I also no longer have the patience to run a dump account any longer. I could use TweetDeck but I don't even want to bother since I don't just dump images I caption them as well so I'd have to spend a long time coming up with those and I don't feel like it.
It's moot point anyway as I believe dump accounts no longer have a home on Twitter since the #TumblrPurge, so I'll be transitioning my account from dump account to retweet/eventual artist(I'm very lazy) account.
You might ask "Why don't you start crediting artists then?" That's something I never intended to do as I though it clutters my Tweets with ugly links. It's selfish reasoning I know and I've realized this.
Ever since reaching 1000 followers and especially since the influx of artists to Twitter I've felt extremely guilty for posting other's art without crediting them, so at this point forward I will no longer be doing so and I'd like to apologize to any artist I may have offended.
