Can someone please tell me what I'm supposed to do with all of these enhancement cores? They keep stacking up before I can spend them all. With the rate I'm going at, I'll run out of space before the end of the year. #Destiny2#Destiny
I still never played through these, but I know this kind of gameplay is what kept me playing the demo at Best Buy like I was trying for the high score in an arcade.
As a person outside of this whole thing, I'm glad to see this response to it all. I didn't want to say much, being a man who doesn't even play COD anymore, but it felt really disgusting seeing the amount of people who came to defend the person making this a "problem".
Black Women of COD was created in 2023 to offer a space for Black women to feel a sense of culture, inclusivity and community on Twitch/COD. Being black in gaming, let alone, a black woman, is such a tough space to navigate when there is racism in every corner.
The stream team includes 140+ women that are African American, African, Caribbean, Afro Latina, and Multiracial. The invitation to join BWOC was public and available to all black women on Twitch and is currently active. Members are allowed to host events that support the mission and give awareness of the team. Applications were viewed and applicants were allowed to advocate for themselves. In this case, the applicant never communicated with the host directly. We do not accept people that foster negative views on the community and women within the org.
Creating a negative narrative about the org ignites disrespect. Race, ethnicity and privilege are terms that should be understood. The negative comments about BLACK women have just proven the adversity we go through on a regular basis let alone in COD. This is bigger than a video game. It also proves why THIS space is necessary. Unless you have been doxed, hate raided, received death threats, or excluded from engagement due to the color of your skin...you will not understand. Once we started creating our own spaces, black women felt a sense of community. We do not have many spaces to thrive in on Twitch. The event yesterday was absolutely uplifting to its participants despite the attempt to dim the light on the overall objective. Thank you to the tournament participants and members of BWOC. We will continue to stand with our marginalized community.
I was just at work on Saturday talking about how I'm happy to no longer play mobile games... Then Bungie announces theirs. Why does it feel like the universe works DIRECTLY against me?
