Trans people already have rights. They are called human rights, and they apply equally to everyone.

What does not follow is that any group—defined by identity, belief, or self-description or extreme delusion—automatically acquires additional legal privileges that override common rules, shared institutions, or objective standards.

Equality before the law means the same rights, not a hierarchy of rights.

Lower taxes are a completely separate question. They concern how much of one’s labour the state takes and how efficiently it spends it. Linking taxation to identity politics is rhetorical sleight of hand, not serious reasoning.

You can defend the dignity and safety of trans people allowing their extreme delusion and self mutilation while also rejecting the idea that disagreement, biological reality, or neutral policy must be reclassified as discrimination.

Arguing otherwise isn’t compassion—it’s confusion dressed up as morality.
