I had to put my watch on the charger in the middle of the day. How will I count my steps? How will I know my move goals? How will I monitor my heartbeat? How will I even know if im still alive???
Overate yesterday but did a ton of yard work. Expected to gain, but lost .5 lbs. I guess sweating and getting steps in actually does make a difference. Who knew? 🤣
