I got 2 knives instead of a knife & fork at @CrackerBarrel yesterday. Waitress said "you're lucky you got anything." Staff is fed up. Typically packed on Saturday. Not yesterday. Plenty of parking! Store was full of inventory. Lots of Items were 50 to 70% off. Stupid to rebrand.
