@_krisschan что касается пан атак, их не нужно бояться, тревога и паника это нормально. их нужно стойко перетерпеть и паника отступает. рекомендую сайт Николая Перова, у него много статей и бесплатных техник посвящено этому, раскладывает многие вещи о мыслях и эмоциях по полкам

@_krisschan посмотри подборку видео на ютубе про стоицизм, там есть парочка каналов на английском, многое становится проще переносить с помощью этой философской системы. ещё могут облегчить состояние медитация с концентрацией на дыхании и дыхание 4-4-4-4 или 4-7-8-2 (вдох,пауза,выдох,пауза)

I feel amused & conflicted about drama around Bakugou hero name. on one hand, I like that "Kacchan" is exclusively Deku thing, childhood sweethearts, all of that. on another, if Bakugou's hero name will really be Kacchan, the flames from fandom combustion will be seen from space

I get asked this a lot, and if I had to guess (based on what I believe would demonstrate the most narrative significance and character growth), my best guess is that his hero name will eventually be "Kacchan." Only time will tell what Horikoshi-Sensei decides! #MyHeroAcademia
