Day 2 #14dayfitness (excuse the average technique and editing !) Simple little home exercise work out no equipment needed. 10 push ups, 10 split squats each leg, 10 glute bridges, 10 tricep dips. 2 sets in the video but aim for 3-4 sets with 90 seconds rest between sets. #move
