Q5/A5: Roles change based on generation. Baby Boomers prefer roles liked with traditional medical models. Generation X & Millenniums, a more engaged role as they hit "mid-life" cisis. Gen Z, come with a lot of info. As HCWs, we have increased awareness of pt roles.
