"Concerned by the tone and accusations" in the letter? You claim you're following Oklahoma law when it comes to age verification but what that really means is you pulled your website from the state because you don't want to comply with the age verification law. You currently don't operate in 25 states because you'd rather not operate there than check for age.

The fact is you don't want age verification laws because they cut into your profits. A senior community manager for Pornhub has repeatedly stated so on reddit, as you can see from the screenshots.

You have violent sexual content on your site as well as child sexual abuse material from children who have been trafficked and exploited. This has been well documented by the New York Times. You absolutely should be doing age verification, but instead you want to punt the issue to the tech companies. If your consumers don't want to put themselves at risk for identity theft by submitting to age verification processes, maybe they shouldn't be accessing such vile content in the first place.
