@wuikle Was it not Harry who stated in an interview that the Firm is forcing back to the Royal Family? So here is Harry being forced to go back to the UK! And they wonder why people don’t like them as the lies keep coming #FOHarry#BackTrackingHarry
There are not two royal courts.
It is factually incorrect, impossible and just another Sussex PR delousion they pump in the media that they report to hate.
There never have been in the modern British monarchy, and the claim that one somehow exists around Prince Harry is pure invention with no constitutional, legal, or practical foundation.
The British Crown is a single institution headed by one sovereign—King Charles III.
The line of succession is fixed by statute and common law: Prince William is the heir apparent, followed by his three children, and only then by Prince Harry in fifth place.
That ranking is not a matter of opinion or media narrative; it is the official order published by the Royal Household and recognised by Parliament.
Harry’s position confers no authority, no parallel household, and no right to act in the name of the Crown.
A “royal court” in the constitutional sense means the official apparatus of the monarchy: the Sovereign, the members of the Royal Family who carry out duties on the Sovereign’s behalf, the Royal Household staff, and the formal structures that support state functions, investitures, overseas tours, and public service.
Harry and Meghan stepped away from all of that in 2020.
They surrendered their official roles, left the United Kingdom as their primary base, and it's been explicitly stated they would no longer represent the Queen (and later the King).
Buckingham Palace confirmed the arrangement. They are private individuals who retain courtesy titles by birth; they do not form, lead, or constitute any court.
Logic follows directly from the facts.
A second court would require recognition by the Sovereign, a parallel household funded or authorised by the Crown, and the capacity to perform constitutional or ceremonial functions in the monarch’s name.
None of those conditions exist.
Harry does not attend Privy Council, does not receive ambassadors, does not open Parliament, does not undertake official state visits on behalf of the King, and has no staff seconded from the Royal Household for such purposes.
His public activities—media deals, personal charitable work, and commercial projects—are conducted as a private citizen.
Calling that a “court” is like calling any celebrity’s publicity team a rival government: the label is empty.
The persistence of the “two courts” claim usually stems from selective reading of headlines, social-media exaggeration, or a desire to inflate Harry’s residual status into something it is not.
Residual family membership and occasional private contact with relatives do not create institutional duality.
The monarchy has one head, one line of succession, one working structure, and one set of official representatives.
Everything else is commentary, not constitutional reality.
Harry is no rival to William and Catherine—not in status, not in duty, not in public standing, and not in the future of the monarchy.
Prince William is the Prince of Wales and heir apparent; Catherine is the Princess of Wales and future queen consort.
Together they carry the institutional weight of the Crown’s next generation: official engagements, charitable leadership, state representation, and the steady preparation required for the throne.
Harry occupies none of those roles.
He holds no parallel position, commands no competing household, and offers no alternative centre of loyalty or authority.
Any attempt to cast him as a rival is pure fantasy, sustained only by his media theatrics and personal branding.
It's why only the Heir and their family and those who work on behalf of the Monarch should hold HRH titles. Clarity and distinction is now needed and wanted.
The hierarchy is fixed, the work is being done by the Monarch and the royals who work on behalf of the King.
Harry’s absence from that structure leaves him exactly where the facts place him: outside the picture entirely.
