🎉 This year, @MSIchoices is marking 50 years and today is our ‘mission day’, the official day of celebration across all 36 countries and six continents.

Since opening the first clinic in London in 1976, MSI has grown into a global partnership and supported nearly 300 million women and girls with their health and futures worldwide.

In the last 50 years, MSI's services have saved 400,000 lives and £11 billion in direct health costs. These services have prevented 200 million unintended pregnancies and 110 million unsafe abortions.

But millions worldwide still cannot access reproductive healthcare. That’s why this mission day isn’t just about how far we’ve come. It’s about the future we’re building.
