Parents of children, in deep distress, gave sensitive information over the phone — believing they were speaking to CHI or Cappagh staff.

In reality, the calls were outsourced. Worse still, call takers were allegedly told not to reveal who they really were.

This is deception. It is unethical. It may be illegal under GDPR.
