@scottastevenson This is so fascinating. And the rise of FDEs seems to be intended to pull product/CS into the relationship earlier, to prevent churn. Whether that is actually working (reducing pilot or implementation friction) is hard to tell 🤔

@maximusgrave it’s a takedown letter not an actual filing - the precursor to it, basically a threat to sue to scare you into taking it down. Satire/protected opinion may cover you anyways (it was CLEARLY satire) but if they find time to keep harassing you then a defamation attorney can help you. Don’t delete right now until you talk to one.
