the replies were predictable.
"AI can do it now."
"It's not even that hard."
nobody mentioned the global SMM market is on track to hit $39 billion in 2026.

some days I’m running multiple socials, planning content, drafting systems and everything feels like it’s falling perfectly into place.
and then there are days when I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing.
i think that’s what building in PUBLIC doesn’t show enough.
you can be improving your skills and still question your decisions.
you can be making progress and still have doubts.
maybe confidence isn’t having all the answers.
maybe it’s continuing anyway.
