Yesterday, Ajax’s technical staff, together with a group of specialist trainers, trained the talent group.

🗣️ Under the guidance of @france_fario and @VosDave , the players underwent an intensive training. Now they have to make sure they show themselves in the upcoming month, to make sure they are ones again selected for the next talent group training.

@CoachGJM_08 @coachingbadges @msceducation @MyCoachJourney @stirling_j @DesmondRhys @coachingtms The brain/nervous system is open for motor, cognitive and technical skills until roughly the bio age of 11.5. I would recommend to focus on mastering this first. Before you know it this period is over and you have ‘wasted’ time on shaping. Plenty of time for that at an older age.
