Now go back and listen to the way they talk about this Black man in their other interviews.
He wouldn't hang out with us. He couldn't explain his reasoning to us. He wanted more explanation of "reasonable doubt" and we had to highlight it on a paper and explain it to him. He just didn't understand the process.
In essence: Poor dumb Black guy just wouldn't do what he was told by us White liberals.
Never mind that if he'd done what Lindsay Clancy did, he'd be locked away forever. Do you think that weighed on him at all?
"The white liberal is the worst enemy to America and the Black man." - Malcolm X
When I was a little boy, all of our family vacations were the same.
We would travel around the southern United States to Civil War battlefields—to places like Alabama, Georgia, and Virginia. We’ve been to all the battlefields you’ve heard of, and a hundred you never knew existed.
And one day, we were at Chattanooga. A very important battlefield in the Civil War.
The entire Union Army was arrayed at the bottom of a ridge called Missionary Ridge. The Union had lost battle after battle, and the command came down not to charge up the hill at the Confederates. But there was a young man—to show you how one man can change the world—a 17-year-old boy named Arthur MacArthur, who later became the father of Douglas MacArthur, the great general from World War II.
And he saw the standard bearer in front of him get shot, and the flag hit the earth. And he couldn't bear the American flag on the ground, so he picked it up and charged up the hill. And the entire American army charged after him and won the day. He got the Medal of Honor pinned on his lapel on top of that ridge.
I was standing there with my father when I was eight years old, looking out over the battlefield, and it started to snow. Now, I grew up in Miami, Israel, and Venezuela, not a lot of snow in my life. So, I turned to my dad, and I said, "Papi, this is beautiful. This is so fun."
And he turned to me, very stern, and said, "Fun? You think this is fun? You don't understand why we bring you to these places. We bring you here so that you and your sister can understand the soul of the country we brought you to. This is a country where 600,000 men died so that a part of the country who were enslaved could be free. That is the level of devotion and dedication that a free and fair democracy demands."
🚨For those of you who were not around in 1979, here is how it all started when the radical Mullahs overtook the Iranian people and took hostages at the U.S. Embassy in Tehran.
One of the things I so admired about Charlie Kirk is that he didn't have a jealous or envious bone in his body. I'm not sure whether this is something innate or cultivated. You see it in young kids from an early age--some kids just feel a natural jubilation when other people do well or succeed, and others don't. Charlie just rooted for everyone, supported them, cheered them on, and encouraged them to see the possibilities they couldn't see in themselves.
All of us should follow that example. Whatever their politics, mistrust anyone who's naturally envious of the success of others. A lot of the posthumous attacks on Charlie are rooted in envy.
There's a reason envy is one of the seven deadly sins.

In a sane world, when a civilian is kidnapped from a music festival and reappears nearly two years later, starved, abused, and filmed digging his own grave, people care.
So where is the Red Cross?
Where is the UN?
Where are the human rights activists?
Do your job.
Dr. Phil: "Texas is home for me, and there's a collective consciousness here, and everybody in these communities suffered this loss at some level ... everybody shares the healing. And that will come through here. Everybody will rally together."
@pearlythingz My poor sister did two years of 1099, IRS now after her for 100k , and she’s just hoping she can hide out and maybe it will go away. Not so much….
@merissahansen17 This is Houston’s downtown day center; they provide a place for the homeless to get coffee, a hot meal, laundry services, sign up for medical, dental and counseling services, as well as programs to get them housing. This video is misleading; they’re smoking and being respectful.
Traffickers have been drugging babies to smuggle them into the United States.
They've discovered that as long as the child doesn’t speak up about being separated from their biological family, they can be processed with the trafficker and released into the U.S. without question.
This situation is getting worse by the minute.
@CitizenCallerUS I grew up with and loved NPR all my life, until one day when it clicked over. Blatantly biased stories that a child could see through; really insultingly misleading words, topics. Would love to see a house cleaning and let it proudly become what it was. I would listen.
All my years, basking in my conceit that calling myself a progressive made me better than everyone else. The laziest, yes. Stand up for what’s right, especially when it’s hard. https://t.co/Eo9qWGOjWU
