We are facing a tough time paying our rent and utilities after battling mental health challenges that have made full-time work difficult. Please consider supporting or sharing if you can. https://t.co/jQQP031mEz

You probably don't that we Livestream on twitch, but we do (user name Marissabeck40). We're also joining #wishmas this year.
Stop in on our streams in Sept/Oct to hear us suffer through horror games, or check out the tiltify if your able to support. https://t.co/kOngAox1xW

Did I grow a whole salad at home? Yes. Yes I did

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

Sorry I've been out for a while; mental health is a trip. But! I just found out I've sold over 300 copies of my #books. So, in calibration, how about a sale? All of my #kindle books are a dollar off. #indieauthors https://t.co/8JS13sKQ9l

Best way to recover from BS sickness. Fever reducer, cough drop, comfort cats, blankets, and a try crime marathon.
If anyone has any other pro tips. Lemme know. I take suggestions and funny gifs.

This indie author will not convince me that his characters aren’t referencing the characters in DDLC. Not gonna convince me.

Me: Hey, where’s your bling? Did you lose it somewhere?

Seeing my book orders this month at 41 is amazing and so exciting... but also reminds me that I fall short of everything.

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

That moment when you find more typos in a traditionally published book than the indie book you just finished.
I just wanna know how people with a larger team and more resources end up doing less.
I give way more leeway to indie creators and yet here we are.

I think my reading goal this year is however many books it takes to stack up taller than me.

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

Today is the last day to get Again (a #truecrime inspired #darkfantasy) for #free with #kindleebooks. Join the others who have taken advantage. You’ve got nothing to lose. https://t.co/SxZw5XoHqa

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

100% of cats in my (unbiased) survey say that they love my #truecrime inspired book: Again. Make your cat happy by giving them scratches while you read a copy. It is currently #free at #kindleebooks. (Catnip not included.) https://t.co/SxZw5XoHqa

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

Do you like #darkfantasy, morally grey characters, and a dash of #romance?
Do you love #truecrime but don’t want to be on a watchlist?
If yes, then you can read Again for free and I’ll be on the watchlist (because of my research) for you. #KindleEbooks https://t.co/BofJYBbXCB

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

Free #KindleEbooks for this week! If you like #truecrime, #darkfantasy, time loops, psychology, dark romance, darker humor, and sassy characters, then give Again a chance. It literally is free on #kindle. https://t.co/BRhFb3gdLI

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

Since I'm alive, next week (1/12-1/16), my book Again will be free on #kindle. If you like #books about murder, time loops, dark humor, and morally grey...everything, check it out. #booksales #thriller #darkfantasy #DarkRomance

My kittens are the best. I've been in awful pain and was trying to get up to power through, but my boy wrapped his paws around my arm and refused to let go, then my girl crawled into my lap and started purring.
Apparently, I'm resting today.

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

Trying to decide how courageous I am capable of being.

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

Not my Spotify wrapped telling me exactly what date I did final edits on Again and which night I got my kitten.
Also, way to tell me my writing this year was full of death and misery, like I didn’t know that already. 🤣

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

So, characters…if you could stop ripping my heart out that would be great.

What do you mean it’s my fault?

[Marissa Beck @MarissaBeck40]

I’m writing a sassy character. Any English peeps have a very condescending English way to basically say “shoo, the adults are talking, moron, and you’re not invited”.
Bonus points if it’s a little retro.
Also bonus points for any fun English phrases you like. #WritingCommunity
