@PSchneider_IAS I worked in family owned & corporate sow units & the family owned (one unit) made training a priority. In the corporate unit, I was the only one who spoke English besides the manager...who I didn’t meet for three months. If I didn’t already know sow units, I would have quit too

@LatinxFarmer I was a driver aide for UPS, not too weird. But the driver I was w/ was a year away from retirement & was over it lol. He drank 4 monsters a shift & drove like a maniac. Would drop me off at 1 stop, go deliver like 3 more then pick me up lol. Mind you this was in the ghetto 😬
