@BobGroyp That’s how it goes. Unfortunately you just made Helium money and they thank you as they are taking their exits. Hosted hundreds of hotspots, IoT and WiFi and they never worked.
@timraedamx@pharkmillups Just took this where I was in the basement shop, so not the greatest coverage in general. 64mbps with Helium Mobile vs 2.4mbps with my other carrier I’ve had for 12 years. Same phone(iPhone 13Pro), same spot. Hope this helps.
When a friend asks you what @Helium is and then says..
“WhY CaN’t YoU UsE BlUeToOtH?😅
What most people don’t know is that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technology are extremely limited in range.. 🧵
What’s Helium 5G 🤔? Glad you asked.
Back by popular demand, the OFFICIAL @Helium 5G video is finally here!

@sheenhuxin@NLightenSys Can you DYOR before more name calling and tarnishing your project’s image more? The secure element has been a feature and requirement of ALL Helium hotspots. It’s not exclusive to to this MXC project, we’ve all but forgotten existed, OR this new HIP. 🎈

@removethenoise@sheenhuxin@aaron_wagener No, on entity can’t patent a reference design provided by Semtech to help integrate their LoRa components.

@sheenhuxin@NLightenSys This hardware architecture is based off the Semtech reference and adds additional components. I’m not sure how this relates at all to your project outside of the general Semtech reference design. No offense, but we don’t really know about y’all. Where’s your HIP or arch. docs?
Great things happening with HIP72 and at @helium as always. Impressed by @NLightenSys’s work on this proposal and excited to be helping him accelerate this next phase for secure concentrators!
tremendous work from the @helium community on improving the security of IoT proof of coverage via secure hardware. i am always amazed and impressed by the quality of proposals coming from the community https://t.co/4riQ74LB3M
@ValerieSpina I enjoyed that you took the time to hear the community's input on governance. Towards the end, you mentioned organizing the various inputs into a cleaner format and posting in the "governance-general" discord channel. Has this been done? Thank you and well done!🎈
@PPLAntenna A year ago, there was no @Helium LoRaWAN coverage in this area. From deploying the first hotspots here, to now providing miles of redundant coverage to develop IoT use cases on. 100+km witnesses. Focus on building and developing and the rest is noise.
Not to be outdone by 5G announcements, there's exciting movement on the @Helium LoRaWAN network.
@senetco, "a “major customer” in New York experienced a 25% increase in outdoor connected asset reporting as a result of gaining access to Helium coverage..."
