Armed with the CERES Ice Shield, Reza Paraan was able to protect lamellae from ice contamination and achieve an increase in both production and resolution.

Adding the Delmic Ice Shield to our Aquilos2 reduced contamination by a factor of ~3, allowing for automated overnight milling with AutoTEM. Lamellae survival rate through the whole protocol is nearly 100%. Milling templates and full protocol videos are included in the paper.
