ATS for individuals instead of companies: e.g. friends ask me for candidate referrals, I am recruiting for my own company & non-profit. Would love to share a consolidated list with interesting candidates that I meet. Best I can think of is open notion page?

Is there a way to easily find and view threads of a person other than by building thread of threads? I am constantly looking at feeds of specific people and it’s just a mess of 21 posts after another.
