There are two competing schools of thought for the future of education:
1. Cohort-based. Cohorts introduce powerful social dynamics.
2. Personalized. Software responds to the needs of an individual student.

What's the best resource for learning effective research?
Think custom search engines, advanced search operators / x-ray search in twitter/linkedin/google.
"John - was nice meeting you" - here is a list of interesting companies & positions that might be a good fit for you."
Bonus points: referral link to companies & respective bonuses; could be an interesting business to bootstrap.
Does this exist?
ATS for individuals instead of companies: e.g. friends ask me for candidate referrals, I am recruiting for my own company & non-profit. Would love to share a consolidated list with interesting candidates that I meet. Best I can think of is open notion page?
