Hey #poketwt / #pkmtwt !
I'm still trying to come up ideas on how to better promote my Throne and art, but I want to say some things:

I've joined this community when this all started back in march after seeing @kantozard posting about it!
Then it led to @DonnnySins ' Switchmas, and so on!

I also got this horrible blue checkmark to see if it helps with visibility and range, and I'm drawing for Throne donations!

I want to quickly explain why we (my sister and I) want a Switch 2, and what do we plan to do with it!

First, my illness:

On june of 2024, I developed a chronic illness, and in less than a year ago, I finally found a working treatment!
I had to relearn how to live since it changed a LOT in my life, mainly it made me lose my job, and made me bedridden a lot.
Took so long to go back to some of what I used to do, effort still kills me, but it was impossible before!
I also had to spend 7 months away from the net, games, and art!

Most of the money I make (from commissions and local oddjobs) go to meds, though thankfully I do receive help from my family, and Brazil has free healthcare!

We aren't sure what I have exactly yet, but my neurologist is between Hemicrania Continua or Chronic daily headache.

So for now the focus is treating my illness together with the psychological treatments I was already in.

Second, why I want a Switch:

Simply put... I looove video games!
And while Nintendo was a favorite, I only had the 3DS and the Wii due to Nintendo being horribly expensive here in Brazil (though, now every console is...), so my focus was always on PC.
But I always loved the games, saw gameplays online, and used... programs, to try and join in on the fun!

So aside from being a passion (especially Pokémon), there's another reason... it can be played on the go, it can be played on the bed.
This would be perfect for me to have something to do while bedridden when my illness has its flare-ups.
I normally try to put a youtube video on my phone to distract from the pain, but a Switch would help so much more with that!

And another reason would be to play with my Sister and Mom!
Both of them needs to de-stress (especially after living with my illnesses and their own troubles), so this would be basically perfect for ALL of us!

And third, what would I do with it:

Aside from playing and having lots of fun?
Sister agreed to make me a PNG-tuber (and if it goes well, she wants to try a full-on 3D Vtuber model)!
But I don't know if I would stream... but 100% would at least do gameplay videos!
So I would play for myself, with my family, and for others!

And...
That's my big "argument"?
I just wanted to justify my Throne and wishes I guess!
What do you think?
Did I went too far?
Not far enough?
