I restarted with a new email with EA but they had to delete my old account so I could link the new one . They want user name and ip4 address. You will loose any progress etc but I didn’t have any anyway

@tpflrprkngarage @RodgerRamjet60 @EA Go on your ea account to manage account etc , there is a help tab at the top and there should be an option to contact an advisor. Not straight forward but it is there . They will give you a case number and send it to your email , you can clink on it (the number) at anytime

@RodgerRamjet60 @EA So I’ve sorted it . Deleted my old account and then linked it again to ps5. Took ages in the live chat to get connected but early mornings seem to be the best , had to wait for an hour though.

Tried the chat for two days but now saying wait time is 301 minutes.
